Resolution:
The mail relay for our primary host was extremely slow in delivering mail. Despite attempts to fix the solution with our application host, they were not able to resolve the issue. To resolve service, BizStream moved YouthCenter and CaseStream application messaging to a new cloud based mail relay. This migration was inevitable with our migration plan, however was expedited with this issue.
On 1/17/2019 at 5:00 pm ET, service has been restored with the new mail relay.
BizStream is dedicated to supporting our customers and providing a robust platform. As a part of that commitment, we are in the process changing hosting providers and moving to a cloud based infrastructure. You will be getting updates on our migration plan for both the YouthCenter and CaseStream platforms as we continue our move in 2019. We are always looking to improve our systems and add redundancy.

Issue:
1/13/2019 - We received reports that emails are not going out or are being released slowly from both YouthCenter and CaseStream systems. We have investigated and the issue appears to be with our email provider.
1/14/2019 - The issue is with the email relay. Our provider is working on the issue.
1/15/2019 - A fix within the email relay did not resolve the issue.
1/17/2019 - Email provider has not resolved the issue, BizStream is working to change relay servers to resolve the issue.
