Issue:
5/29/2026 – 12:00 PM ET – SafeGuard devices are not allowing login. All other YouthCenter services are running.
We will provide updates as we receive them.
5/29/2026 – 12:15 PM ET – We have confirmed the issue and are investigating the issue.
5/29/2026 – 12:30 PM ET – We are continuing to investigate the issue.
5/29/2026 – 12:45 PM ET – We are investigating a SSL Certificate issue between Auth0 and the SafeGuard Devices.
5/29/2026 – 1:00 PM ET – We are continuing to investigate the SSL Certificate issue.
5/29/2026 – 1:15 PM ET – We have narrowed down the issue and are working on a resolution to the issue.
5/29/2026 – 1:30 PM ET – We are continuing to trace the issue.
5/29/2026 – 1:45 PM ET – We are updating the SafeGuard application to improve acceptance of SSL Certificates.
5/29/2026 – 2:00 PM ET – The updated SafeGuard application is undergoing testing.
5/29/2026 – 2:15 PM ET – The SafeGuard application has passed testing.
5/29/2026 – 2:30 PM ET – The updated SafeGuard application has been pushed to all devices as a high-priority update. If you device is online, you should see it updated within the next 30-minutes.
To manually update a SafeGuard device you may login to a device using your Admin Code.
Admin Mode > Play Store > Circle in Upper Right > Manage Apps & Device > Updates Available > Update All
The update takes about 5 minutes.
