While this release has a lot that you'll see right away, there is also a big chunk that needed to be done you won't see right off the bat. Because of these big changes, we're going to really need some strong testing from all of you to make sure it all works as you'd expect once we go live.

Success or failure in working with juveniles is impacted by regular and meaningful interaction between the caseworker, the juvenile, and others involved with the youth (parents, school officials, etc.).
