The March 2025 YouthCenter update includes MFA options for CJIS compliance, updates to SafeGuard tools, and the retirement of some legacy features.
CJIS compliance isn’t optional—it’s essential. YouthCenter aligns with the latest CJIS Security Policy updates, offering secure authentication, government-grade hosting, and rigorous employee screening to keep juvenile justice data protected.
YouthCenter is retiring key legacy features on March 30, 2025, including the old Client Summary, Search, and Dashboard. These features are being replaced with streamlined tools that enhance productivity, like new Dashboard widgets with advanced filtering and caseworker-specific views. The shift to a single interface will boost efficiency, support, and system security, ensuring a better experience for users. Transition tips and support are available to help teams adapt smoothly.
The first update to YouthCenter in 2025 is focused on increased security and continues to enhance the Form Builder 2.0 release in December with Workflows. This release is expected to go live on 1/26/2025 at 11 PM EST.
