Get contacts engaged with CaseStream Connect
We are excited to announce that after months of hard work, CaseStream Connect has launched into Beta. Studies have proved that engaged caring connections significantly improve the chances of a client’s success. With CaseStream Connect, those important individuals have easy to see what is going on with their juvenile and improve communication between your organization and your client’s connections.
With CaseStream Connect, client connections can:

End User License Agreement
In the near future, you and your users will be asked to agree to the YouthCenter End User License Agreement (EULA) which has been outlined to enhance the security and privacy of your interactions with our platform. As data protection becomes increasingly paramount, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience while ensuring the utmost safety of your sensitive information.
The EULA outlines in clear and concise terms how users may use our software. This transparency better protects your data from unauthorized or unintentional access and follows the latest legal standards around data protection.
When enabled, your users will be asked to agree to the latest version of the YouthCenter EULA during login.
Users will only be asked once to agree to the EULA, unless there is an update to the agreement due to updates in data protection standards (estimated once a year).
Pending Detention Placements use Estimated Intake Date
The Recent Placement Widget will now use the Estimated Intake Date if you select upcoming option in the Show Last X Days
Clients In Other Placements Widget Enhanced
You can now filter clients in other placements by physical or program placements. To change which program or physical placement you wish to filter on, select the edit widget button. Next, select the programs or placements you want to filter by and then press save.
Share form responses
We have improved the form responses to include the ability to share the results just like you can for notes and other objects. To share a form response, before pressing save, simply click the share button and select which users you wish to share the response with.
If you haven’t used our sharing option yet, it’s very simple! Simply use the search for the individuals you want to share with, and either double click their name or press the right arrow, to move one or more individuals to the share list!
PACC Codes Renamed to Charges
To better reflect our multi-state user base, PACC Codes have been renamed to charges. There are no changes to the functionality. Reports will continue to reference PACC Codes or Offenses.
