SafeGuard pairs a rugged handheld device with RFID-based location tracking so detention and residential staff can document rounds, movements, medications, and meals in real time, with automatic sync to the YouthCenter Juvenile Case Management System.

YouthCenter has launched Form Builder 2.0, a complete no-code toolkit for juvenile justice agencies. Build custom forms with drag-and-drop editing and automated scoring, route them to parents and guardians for electronic signature, feed every response into reporting, and generate finished Word documents with new Smart Document Templates. Available now to all subscribers.

YouthCenter, BizStream's cloud-based juvenile case management software, is now available through Carahsoft Technology Corp.'s NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions contract. The contract availability gives state, local and education agencies a streamlined procurement path to a purpose-built platform serving juvenile probation, diversion, detention and residential operations across the country.
