Custom forms are a powerful tool in YouthCenter. It's getting an update with that update, forms can be sent to parents, guardians, or other people involved with a juvenile to fill out. The data gets entered directly into YouthCenter. In this webinar, you'll learn how to set up forms, make data sources from them, and how to send forms to others outside your organization.

On June 15th, 2022, Microsoft formally ended support for Internet Explorer. Some of our users are still using Internet Explorer (IE) and have asked what support YouthCenter will provide for them going forward. The short answer is that YouthCenter, following Microsoft’s lead, will no longer officially support IE as of June 15th, 2022. We understand this is a big change and have compiled a list of frequently asked questions about this change.
