In the February 2020 release, we are continuing to port applications from the old interface to the new. Included in this release are the Visitations, Calendar, Audit Log, and Announcement applications. We are also excited to announce that we have added some brand new features to the application, such as contact photos, global filters, assessment charts and graphs, and the ACE assessment. With the March 2019 release to your beta sites, we are continuing to port applications from the old interface to the new. Included in this release are the Medical, Medications, Service Plans, and User Profile applications. These will be released to your live sites in April 2019. On January 13th, we will be pushing another release of the YouthCenter Juvenile Case Management System to live sites. This release included updates to Request for Placements, Other Placements (programs and placements), and the ability to delete a client (if you have administrative access) and a few other minor performance updates. The October release to your beta sites is a continuation of the last Facility Placement release. Facility Placement Requests (formerly Request for Detention) are redesigned, as well as Other Placements (formerly Programs and Placements). The May release to your beta sites includes some big changes for everyone. We've updated Facility Placements (formerly Intakes), Mugshots, Drug Tests, and ready for your review is the much anticipated Form Builder Forms in the new interface! The April YouthCenter release will provide additional insight to your clients within the new interface and provides better communication with the client team when entering in information about your clients.
