In November, we added the CaseStream Connect Portal to YouthCenter. The Portal is an Add-On to the YouthCenter platform. If you are interested in trying it or learning more, please contact us.
What is the CaseStream Connect Portal?
The CaseStream Connect Portal allows for sharing of information with those involved with the youth in your care. This may include:
- Parents/Guardians
- Other Case Workers
- JPO's
- Therapists
- Placement Contacts
- Etc.
You can share information including:
- The Youth's Calendar
- Custom Forms
- Files
- Notes
- Incidents
Portal users can fill out custom forms, upload files, and view information you have shared with them in the portal.
