Recorded on 7/15/2026, this webinar explores YouthCenter’s Smart Word Doc Templates — turning existing Word docs into smart templates that pull information from YouthCenter into pre-formatted documents.
Pickup Orders gives your team a clearer, more secure way to track court-ordered pickups on a client's record. This new feature includes a heads-up banner, better reporting, and a full history of changes, all built to match the rest of YouthCenter. The Pickup Orders sub-application allows you to quickly track orders like Apprehension Orders, Neglect/Abuse/Runaway Pickup Orders, and Bench Warrants.
Recorded on 6/24/2026, this webinar showcases the new Report Manager 2.0. Functionality is similar to the legacy report manager; however, we have made some improvements and will expand capabilities in the future.
May was packed with updates. May's release brings many quality-of-life improvements designed to save your staff time and reduce the small frustrations that add up across a busy day. From smarter dashboard widgets to more flexible program placements, here's everything new in YouthCenter.
This March, we're excited to launch passkey support, giving users the option to sign in with biometrics or a hardware security key instead of a traditional password. We've also made several improvements to the Report Builder 2.0 experience based on your feedback, along with expanded customization options for built-in forms and the ability to associate records with multiple court case occurrences at once. These updates are scheduled to go live on 3/26/2025 at 3 PM ET.
We’re making a small but important update to the YouthCenter login experience. The change is designed to improve security and lay the groundwork for additional authentication options, and we want to make sure you know what to expect before it rolls out. This change is expected to go out in mid to late March.
YouthCenter now offers customizable email subscriptions. Choose from four distinct options: news and training, advisory panel updates, maintenance notifications, or hotfix summaries. You'll receive only the information most important to you.
This February, we are excited to show off our first sneak peek at the new report builder 2.0. Additionally, we’ve improved tracking of multiple court case types. As we look ahead to the year ahead, we plan to continue making progress in bringing all YouthCenter modules into the new interface. These updates are scheduled to go live on 2/1/2025 at 11 PM ET.
