YouthCenter August 2025 Release Notes

This August, YouthCenter is rolling out updates to improve clarity, consistency, and customization. Highlights include square mugshots for cleaner records, referral tracking in program placements, therapist visibility in client summaries, and new control over Built-In Form fields. Analytics get a boost with default shared dashboards and unit-based filtering for Detention and Residential widgets.

YouthCenter Late June 2025 Release Notes

Our late June update is focusing on giving you better, clearer, and more accessible data in regards to Custody Classifications, Court Dates in the Widgets, medication statuses for release, location options for Personal Possessions, and SafeGuard Facility Round Logs.  There is also a new additions for report subscription times and Safeguard updates for quickly identifying a youth’s location. This release is expected to go live on 6/29/2025 at 11 PM ET.

YouthCenter June 2025 Release Notes

This June, YouthCenter introduces three key updates to improve program tracking and user access. Administrators can now tailor outcomes for each program, streamline intake by auto-enrolling residents in default programs, and simplify report scheduling with enhanced subscription tools. Also, jurisdictions with multiple sites can now share user access across locations, reducing redundant accounts and management overhead. This update is scheduled to go live on 6/1/2025 at 11 PM ET.
