In October, YouthCenter attended the 20th National Symposium on Juvenile Services in Greensboro, North Carolina. The symposium focused on identifying and promoting quality practice, with emphases on training, best practices, and current issues impacting juvenile services providers.
At the event, we rolled out the new look for our YouthCenter software service, and received feedback on the software from a variety of organizations and people from across the country. We were happy to reconnect with familiar faces from Berrien County, Michigan; Cook County, Illinois; and Highfields residential treatment center, Michigan.
YouthCenter is a case management and facility management application for juvenile detention and juvenile treatment facilities as well as for the courts. YouthCenter’s new branding, look, and scheduled software enhancements were well received by the crowd of more than 800 attendees.
YouthCenter appreciates the positive feedback and the opportunity to support those who work so hard to serve at-risk youth in our communities.
